Individualised Learning ”Everyone learns differently”

Individualized learning, or individualized instruction, is a method of teaching in which content, instructional technology, and pace of learning are based upon the abilities and interest of each learner. This is learning that is tailored to each student`s own learning styles, incorporate Technology and students choose learning activities which are connected to student interests.

All students are actively involved in the learning processTaking inspiration for Howard Gardener this training will focus on the theory of multiple intelligences that proposes the differentiation of human intelligence into specific “modalities of intelligence”, rather than defining intelligence as a single, general ability.  Learners will become familiar with the following intelligences; Logical/Mathematical, Linguistic, Musical, Spatial, Bodily-Kinesthetic, Naturalist, Interpersonal, and Intrapersonal.
